In 2025 we started a special rangatahi-led intiative for our Rangatahi Māori and allies who are involved with Te Pou Theatre and the performing arts industry in Tāmaki Makaurau.
Te Pou Theatre started a new Rangatahi Leadership Roopu to help guide and inform rangatahi aspirations at the whare, shape how Te Pou delivers to these aspirations and design programming for Rangatahi.
What does the kaupapa look like?
Regular in person hui, planning kaupapa that will directly support rangatahi in the performing arts, whakawhanaungatanga, leadership and governance experience, professional development and pūtea to have a meaningful impact for rangatahi.
