TE POU WHAKAARI 2021

"Tiro whakamuri, kia anga whakamua"

Look to the past to move into the future

While in 2021 Te Pou is still building into its fine future self, we are beyond excited to be able to throw the doors open for live presentation with a programme of works that encourage us to look to the past to move forward into the future. We have an exciting programme of whakaari at our new Te Pou Tokomanawa Theatre as well as on tour through Tāmaki Makaurau and Te Tai Tokerau that looks back and celebrates the lives of tupuna, kaumātua and explores new ways to honour ngā mahi ā Rēhia through contemporary performing arts.
